Please join us for a free workshop facilitated by the Community Mediation Center. This workshop will occur on two consecutive Wednesday evenings, January 15 and 22, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. The workshop will be held in the large training room at the City of Knoxville's Public Works Service Center. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills to communicate effectively when working with the public and in challenging situations, which is essential for volunteers who work in public spaces.
